What is the difference between a New and PreLoved?

Curious about the distinctions between our new and Pre-Loved options at Grow Bike? Allow us to shed light on the choices available:

  • New Bikes: Our new bikes embark on a journey straight from our trusted suppliers to our warehouse. There, our skilled mechanics meticulously assemble these brand-new bikes, ensuring they are in prime condition before they make their way to you.
  • Pre-Loved: A Preloved is precisely that – a previously owned bicycle that has undergone a meticulous servicing by our team of dedicated mechanics. Opting for a Pre-Loved presents an excellent opportunity to acquire a bike that's not only more budget-friendly but also of the highest quality. These Pre-Loved may bear a few cosmetic marks, such as scratches or scuffs, but rest assured, they are in perfect working order.
