If you're an existing bike subscription holder and wish to make a bike exchange, it's a straightforward process. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your customer account and fill the Exchange form for your current subscription by clicking on the below button, or reach out to our Grow Bike Support for assistance.
  2. Place an order for your new bike through our website as you normally would.
  3. We'll handle the logistics, including arranging the return shipping of your old bike and delivering the new one to you.
