Terminating Your Membership

Refund within  3-Days Period

If you wish to cancel your order within 3 days from the order date and before your bike delivery date, you should notify us (Grow Bike) within this time period by sending an email to info@growbikebh.com or whatsApp us directly .and we will be offering a full refund . Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

No subscription refund is avaibale after delivery for any subscription services.

Cancellation of subscription after delivery 

Should you opt to terminate your membership and return the goods, you are required to follow our cancellation procedure, accessible on our cancellation page. 

You will only be charged for the bike collection fee depending on your location. These fees are allocated to cover the expenses incurred in connection with the return delivery service.

Annual contracts cannot be cancelled before the end of contract.

Please do not attempt repairs yourself without contacting us beforehand.
