Terms & Conditions

This service operates as a rental initiative, allowing you to select reconditioned bikes. You'll make monthly payments under a long-term rental agreement. We strongly encourage you to swap the bike as your child grows. All of our bicycles receive meticulous care and maintenance to meet the highest quality standards. Our goal is to ensure your child enjoys cycling on our bikes, which is why we dedicate ourselves to keeping them in superb condition for your satisfaction. You are free to cancel at any time for monthly contracts,if so please note that a minor fee applies while collecting the bike.

Annual contracts cannot be cancelled before the end of contract, but can upgtade or change the bike with minor fee.

Our Service:

  1. Select a bike that suits your child's size.
  2. We supply the chosen bike, and you make monthly payments through Direct Debit after signing a contract and Direct Debit form with your bank.
  3. Our service operates on a hire and exchange model, eliminating the need for upfront payments, with bikes available for long-term rental.
  4. When your child outgrows the bike, simply return to us to coordinate an exchange. We'll then deliver the next larger size and collect the previously used bike.
  5. When you opt for an exchange before 12 months subscription, there is a minor delivery fee in place, which helps us maintain affordable monthly payments.
  6. Our bikes are previously used bicycles returned by members. These bikes undergo thorough refurbishment by professional bike mechanics to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. However, the availability of accessories depends on the condition in which they are returned to us, so we cannot guarantee specific accessories.
  7. When you exchange your current bike for a bigger one, it's important to note that your monthly fee is likely to increase. This adjustment is because bigger bikes come with higher costs.
  8. You have the flexibility to cancel your rental at any time by returning the bike for monthly contracts (Annual contracts cannot be cancelled anytime before the end of contract). Please note that a nominal fee is applied to assist in covering the bike collection expenses.
  9. In the unfortunate event of your bike being stolen, you will be responsible for covering the current market value of the bike.
  10. While in possession of the bike, it's your responsibility to ensure its proper maintenance and care.
  11. When it comes time for an exchange, we understand that some wear and tear is expected, especially for children's bikes. However, if there is any additional damage, we will need to discuss potential additional costs with you. Our priority is to keep you satisfied as a valued customer, and we are committed to working diligently to ensure your happiness. If you feel you have any questions please don't hesitate to email us on info@growbikebh.com .
