When becoming a member of Grow Bike, the customer acknowledges and accepts their participation in a legally binding contract with Grow Bike. This contract defines the terms governing the rental and exchange services offered by Grow Bike, and you can access the draft contract for Annual Subscription by following this

This agreement sets out the specific terms governing the relationship between Grow Bike and the customer.
As part of its service, Grow Bike commits to providing:
- A suitable children's bike tailored to the child's needs.*
- The bike will adhere to the specifications outlined on our website.
- Regular maintenance and servicing to ensure its usability.
- An exchange option when needed, although a delivery fee may apply in such cases.
By entering into this agreement, you are ensuring a clear understanding of the contractual terms and the services provided by Grow Bike.
- This agreement sets out the terms of the contract between Grow Bike and the customer.
- Grow Bike will provide a children’s bike which fits the child and the bike will be as specified on the website, maintained and serviced up to a usable level
The customer will:
- Pay monthly the stipulated amount at checkout on a monthly basis by direct debit.
- Store the bike in a dry, secure place
- Look after the bike to a reasonable standard
- Upon exchange, return the complete bike.
A complete bike will include wheels, frame, fork, handlebars, headset, grips, drivetrain, pedals, saddle and seat post and any other components specified on the website.
- When receiving the next bike, the customer may pay a small fee for delivery.
- The customer may cancel the agreement immediately by returning the bike. Grow Bike will arrange for the collection of the bike for a set fee.
The customer will be liable for any damage caused to the bike which falls outside of reasonable use (“extraordinary damage”) as deemed by Grow Bike.
- Examples of extraordinary damage would be: rust (this can be prevented by storing in a dry place), buckled wheels, bent or cracked frames, critically damaged drivetrain, returned with missing components.
- Where extra damage has been deemed to have taken place, Grow Bike will contact the customer and agree on a reasonable sum to repair this.
In the event of a stolen bicycle, the customer will be liable for paying the current value of the bike.
Should we suspect, or confirm fraudulent activity, we reserve our rights to cancel memberships, collect the bikes, and refer such behavior to the relevant authorities and/or debt collectors for action.
Should we verify that you have fraudulently sold the bike, we reserve the right to charge the excess amount of the bike
