WHAT IF A BIKE IS DAMAGED

At Grow Bike, we understand that a certain amount of wear and tear is expected with our subscription bikes. So, there's no need to fret over minor marks or routine service repairs, like new cables or tires.

However, if we suspect that the bike has been subjected to usage beyond typical children's cycling activities, there may be repair charges incurred. In exceptional cases, we may need to recover the bike's total value.

You might be charged for repairs under the following circumstances:

  • Damage to any part of the bike that necessitates repairs beyond our routine maintenance.
  • Damage that compromises the structural integrity or safety of the bike.
  • Damage that deems the bike irreparable.
Our bikes are built to endure a child's adventures, so the need for us to recover repair costs is rare. By exercising good judgment and common sense, you can minimize the chances of encountering such situations.
